Conditions of use
There can be no organized or ordinary money bets associated with the games or competitions within the Xiba app. If private dealings are organised between users, they will carry no obligations or requirements for the participants. CodeSyntax is not responsible for misuse, or for technical or connection errors, if a player loses a game or points.
When creating a profile with a photo and name, it is forbidden to use someone else's identity and image. Similarly, the use of offensive, pornographic, or generally inappropriate images and user names is prohibited. The game's developer, CodeSyntax, will decide what is inappropriate in these cases and is not obliged to offer explanations to the person making this misuse.
